We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@foxandphillips.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, minus original shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item following the process above and place a new order.
